January - March 2012 Daytime Schedule

  • Full day classes meet from 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
  • Morning half day classes will meet 9 am - 12 pm.
  • Afternoon half day classes will meet 1 pm - 4 pm.

The CCTC reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment.  Cancellation decisions are usually made one week prior to the first class.  Registrants will be offered a full refund should classes be cancelled.  Classes postponed due to weather or other circumstances will be rescheduled.  We do have online and live virtual options if you are in need of taking the class immediately.

For special needs and other accommodations, please make a request in writing 2 weeks prior to the class beginning.

Our Microsoft technical classes are GUARANTEED TO RUN with just your enrollment.  If the enrollment for the class is too low to bring the instructor onsite, we offer it remotely. Remote classes are instructor-led classes conducted via the internet, so that the instructor and the students do not have to be in the same location.   Training can take place at the Capital City Training Center or at any site that you choose that meets the minimum lab requirements. Classes are held real-time with the instructor in direct communication with the students. You will be notified before a class is switched to remote delivery. Have questions? Call 217-785-0477.
