Reset Password

Only you can reset your password and this must be done using WebAdvisor.

Forgotten username – This can be found on your class schedule (it is your email address without the @llcc.edu) or click on the “Account Information” link from the WebAdvisor main menu page.
- You will then be prompted to enter your last name, social security number and LLCC ID number.
Forgotten password – from the WebAdvisor main menu page click the “What’s My Password?” link.
- You may then choose to view your hint that was entered at the time of activating your account or you may choose to reset your password.
