FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE

SUMMER 2012 

All final exams will be held at the usual class time according to the schedule listed below.  Please disregard labs for the purpose of this schedule.  Students enrolled in classes meeting four times per week should contact instructors for final exam times.  Students enrolled in Mod VI classes should contact instructors for final exam times.

Please be sure to check with your instructor to confirm the time of your exam and to resolve any conflicts. 

Students with classes at other LLCC locations should contact instructors for final exam times.

Any exam given at a time other than that listed above must receive prior approval from the appropriate Department Dean.

INSTRUCTORS: Online grading must be completed by 12 noon of the Monday following finals week (Monday, July 30). The green “Online Final Grading Notice” will be distributed to faculty mailboxes the week before finals. Final grades may be entered as long as the Web Advisor Grade Portal is open. However, once a final grade has been “submitted” it cannot be changed via Web Advisor. Grade entry errors must be corrected using the Grade Change Form. New faculty should activate their Web Advisor accounts as soon as possible.
