FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE                    Date:  May 11, 2007 Contact:  Diane Buzick, 786.4508, diane.buzick@llcc.edu SPRINGFIELD–The Illinois Small Business Development Center at Lincoln Land Community College is hosting a Small Business Administration (SBA) community express loan workshop Tuesday, May 15 from 3 to 4:30 p.m.  The workshop will be held at LLCC’s Capital City Center, 130 W. Mason St., Springfield. Individuals interested in establishing a trucking company or those wishing to expand their current business are welcome to attend.  A representative from Superior Financial Group, an SBA lender and local SBA partner specializing in owner-operator trucking companies, will be on hand to offer assistance in applying on site for an SBA community express loan. Loans are available in amounts of $5,000 to $25,000.  No collateral, business plan or tax return is required to apply.  Free business technical assistance will be provided by the Illinois SBDC at LLCC and the SBA.
