FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE                        Date: August 24, 2007 Contact:  Diane Buzick, 786.4508, diane.buzick@llcc.edu SPRINGFIELD— Lincoln Land Community College’s TEAL (Training and Education for Adult Learners) program is once again offering free classes for preparation of the GED exam. Instruction includes reading, writing, math, science and social studies. Classes are held four mornings a week at the Eastern Region Education Center, 800 South Spresser in Taylorville. The TEAL program also offers TEEM (Technology for Education and Employability Mastery) classes, which cover basic office skills.  TEEM classes are designed for the unemployed or underemployed student looking to improve their skills for employment opportunities. The self-paced instruction includes introduction to computers, word processing, filing and bookkeeping.
