Mark LeVault appointed chair of LLCC’s Eastern Region Advisory Committee TAYLORVILLE – The Lincoln Land Community College (LLCC) Eastern Region Advisory Committee (EREC) has appointed Mark LeVault, president and CEO of Citizens Bank of Edinburg, as chair of the committee. Mr. LeVault replaces Dan Austin, who relinquished the chairmanship due to his appointment to the LLCC Board of Trustees. The action took place at the committee’s fall meeting Sept. 28. Also at that meeting, Jim Brubaker, executive director of EREC, shared several items with the group including LLCC’s Economic Impact Report, LLCC’s Annual Report and EREC enrollment information. Mr. Brubaker also informed the committee that the LLCC Board of Trustees recently approved an agreement with Taylorville School District #3 to provide an alternative school program for at-risk high school students. The program will provide basic high school courses along with employability skills and career guidance.
