The traditional holiday event will be held Friday and Saturday, December 7 and 8, at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 9, at 5:00 p.m. in the Student Union of Menard Hall, LLCC main campus, 5250 Shepherd Road. Seating is limited. Tickets are $25 each and reservations may be made by calling 786.2762 or toll-free 800.727.4161, ext. 62762. The LLCC Madrigal Singers will take you back in time to a Renaissance holiday feast. Lord Byron and Lady Millicent invite you to a grand repast including wassail and assorted cheeses, creamy wild rice soup, roasted chicken and vegetables, Normandy apple tart with praline ice cream, coffee and tea, and featuring lavish music and costumes. The LLCC Madrigal Singers are under the direction of Barbara Lanham, professor of music, and Melinda Pitt Kaye, adjunct music and private applied voice instructor. Stage direction is by Dr. Stephan Kaplan. The event is produced by Gregg Brown, adjunct faculty coordinator at LLCC.
