Preventing Sexual Harassment Training

New employees must complete the training within 30 days of their first day worked. Because this is a mandatory training, we ask all supervisors to work with their staff, including student workers and other part-time or contractual employees, to find time within their work day to complete the training. This program can be accessed from any computer with an Internet connection. You will find the link to the training program above.

It takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes to complete and is user-friendly. It is recommended that you set aside enough time so you can fully complete the course. However, you can leave the program prior to completion and return to the section where you last left. When you first access the program, you must select an appropriate category in which to take the course (faculty, supervisory, non-supervisory, student).

Upon completion of the reading section, you will be required to take a 15 question mastery test. For faculty and supervisory staff, you must correctly answer 13 questions in order to pass the test. Student workers and non-supervisory staff must correctly answer 12 questions in order to pass. If you do not pass, please retake the test. Upon passing the test, please fill out your name, 7-digit Colleague ID# (please enter leading zeroes) and indicate whether you are full-time or part-time, then submit it. You can find your Colleague ID# on your LLCC ID card or by contacting the Human Resources office at 786-2259.

You will be prompted to print a certificate of completion, and we ask that you submit a signed copy of the certificate to the Human Resources office for placement in your personnel file. If you have a pop-up blocker on your Web browser, you will need to temporarily disable it so that you can print the certificate. Please note that an email will be sent to the Human Resources office with your name, date of completion, and score so a comparison can be made with the certificate that has been submitted.
