Online Degrees: LLCC distance education degrees are offered through a combination of online courses with some hybrid requirements (such as public speaking and lab sciences.) A few distance education degrees have required on-campus courses, specific to the major. Degree specific course requirements and recommendations can be found in the LLCC Online Catalog.
Online Certificates: LLCC distance education Certificates of Completion are offered through online and hybrid course offerings. Degree specific course requirements and recommendations can be found in the LLCC Online Catalog.
Setting a Goal: Selecting your degree or certificate
Whether you plan to enter directly into the workforce or transfer to a four-year college or university, having a goal in mind will help you when selecting courses each semester. Additionally, setting personal and educational goals prior to beginning your online learning experience helps many students to remain focused while taking individual courses. If you need assistance in selecting a career path and goals, the LLCC Career Development Services office can provide you with career selection guidance and information.
