  • Make sure you have activated your LLCC email and WebAdvisor account.
  • If you haven’t activated your WebAdvisor account, go to Account Activation and follow the instructions.
  • After your account is activated, log in to WebAdvisor.
  • In WebAdvisor, click on the “Students” icon.
  • Find the Registration heading and click on “Register for sections."
  • Click on “Express registration” or “Search and register for sections.” If you know exactly which classes you want and have the course prefix, section, and term use Express registration.  You do NOT need to know the course synonym to use "Express registration." If you need to search for classes and then register, use "Search and register for sections."

TIP: When searching for sections, remember LLCC has shorter terms within the main semester. For example, if you don’t find what you need in Fall 2011 semester, try Module 1, Module 2 or Fall Short Semester.

  • Once you choose your classes and they appear in your “preferred sections” list, you must still click “RG-Register” under “Action” for each class in order to be fully registered.
  • Click on submit.
  • If you have old courses from a previous semester sitting in your preferred sections list, you will receive error messages on those classes once you hit submit. If this happens, go to the bottom left hand side of the page where it says "If one of my choices it not available,"choose PART from the drop down menu and hit submit again. This will allow web advisor to ignore the old classes and register you for the current classes.
  • Once you are officially registered, you will receive a confirmation email in your LLCC email account. If you do not receive this message, you are not registered.
  • To print a copy of your class schedule, go to “Academic Profile,” click on “My Class Schedule,” and then choose the appropriate term. You will have to print a separate schedule for any Mod or Short Semester classes.

If you have difficulty with prerequisites or other course requirements, contact either the Registration Services department 217-786-2292 or the Advising department 217-786- 2224 on the main campus. If you have difficulty activating your WebAdvisor account, call or email the ITS Help Desk, 217-786-2555.

 Tuition Payment

If you register early, you must pay your tuition and fees by that term's deadline.  Consult your LLCC bill for specific information.  This will reserve your place in your classes.  If you have registered early and the college has not received your payment of tuition and fees by the specified date, your registration may be cancelled for all classes.  You will then need to register again with payment due at the time of re-registration. After the tuition due date for each term has passed, tuition and fees must be paid (or have financial aid, scholarship, payment plan) at the time of registration. During this time period, we do not mail bills. Students are responsible for checking their charges on WebAdvisor and making appropriate payment arrangements.  Students who do not make payment arrangments immediately will be dropped from classes the next morning.

Tuition Due Dates:
