Information for On line Out of State Students

In response to changes in federal guidelines, students who are not permanent residents of Illinois are not eligible to enroll solely in online courses. For more information, students who do not reside in Illinois should check with LLCC’s office of Admissions and Records on the main campus in Springfield, 217-786-2298.
