The Lincoln Land Community College Alumni Association invites LLCC students to participate in a unique event sure to leave you more prepared for today’s competitive job environment. Schmooza Palooza will provide you with the skills necessary to meet, mingle, and make last contacts and then provide you with the opportunity to meet with community members to help you schmooze your way to the top!
When? Thursday, February 5 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Where? Trutter Center, LLCC Main Campus
Who? Any current LLCC student can sign up!
How does it work?
You will arrive at 5:00 for a one-hour seminar on business etiquette and networking and cover topics such as greetings/business introductions, keys for making a great first impression, the art of mixing & mingling, business card etiquette, general business etiquette and more. You will then join the networking reception at 6:00 to put your newly acquired skills to work and begin making your own list of contacts.
