If you are unable to login into the Blackboard mobile app but able to login via your desktop or mobile browser, we would suggest that you clear your Blackboard cache (i.e. any data / saved passwords associated with Blackboard).

- From the home screen, tap the Settings button
- On the Settings screen, scroll down and tap the Safari button and choose Autofill.
- Under Names & Passwords, select Clear All.
