Unfortunately, we are unable to fully support 3rd party publishers (such as McGraw-Hill Connect, Pearson MyLab, Cengage MindTap, etc.) since we do not have any administrative privileges to those systems. Typically, issues such as account registration we are unable to address due to a lack of administrative access. Just remember, many of your instructors include detailed instructions within their courses on how to set up and access publisher content so be sure to follow the directions carefully.
