Who should attend:
This seminar is useful for a computer novice, all the way up to expert level.
I began learning how to program computers when I was 11 years old. My Dad hired a professional to give me private lessons because of my interest level. I spent most of my time tinkering with computers. Before reaching college, I had already hosted my own BBS (Bulletin Board System), created games, and learned how to not do things the hard way. I have been doing software development for a total of 28 years now (18 being professional). However, I also have a passion to teach. Because of my practical years of experience, as well as having a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, I provide multiple perspectives while teaching. I have worked for various computer consulting firms doing a wide variety of software development (Java, .NET, C++, etc), as well as system/software architecture roles. I have worked in several state agencies as a consultant as well. I started my own business, Everlast Software, LLC, in 2005. While we offer a wide variety of software and services, our main focus is Document Management/Imaging. Our main product is called ES Imaging. Please visit our main site at: www.everlastsoftware.com, or our dedicated imaging web site at: www.esimaging.com.
