Illinois 90-Hour Broker Pre-License Course

The first part of this course is designed to meet the 75-hour pre- licensing curriculum requirements for real estate brokers as set forth by the state of Illinois. Topics covered are: license law, Illinois laws, Federal laws, agency relationships and obligations, marketing and advertising, independent contractor/employee agreements, real property, contract knowledge, market analysis and appraisal, financing, retail and office, property management, seller relationships and counseling, and buyer relationships and counseling.
In the second part, students participate in five 3-hour interactive lessons with the instructor to apply the knowledge learned in the Illinois Real Estate Broker Pre-License Topics course. Each interactive lesson begins with a review of principles, concepts, requirements for compliance and violations, summary of best practices, and/or applicable laws/licensee requirements. Students then participate in a variety of interactive activities (e.g., quizzes, content review exercises, class and small group discussion) where they apply their knowledge to a variety of real-world scenarios designed to provide valuable analysis and decision- making experience.

Class will not meet on the following dates:
Part 1: 9/5, will meet 9/6 instead; 11/10 or 11/14, will meet 11/16 instead
Part 1: $750 – includes book
Registration Deadline: June 15, 2016 (a $20 late fee will be assessed after this date)
Part 2: $185 – includes book (must provide proof of successfully completing the 75-hour course)

Eligible candidates must:
