The LLCC Culinary Institute operates from a state-of-the-art facility in the Workforce Careers Center located at Lincoln Land Community College. Instruction for varying skill levels of cooking and baking is offered through classes, workshops and events, in conjunction with LLCC’s Community Education. Local chefs and food experts instruct participants in a variety of non-credit culinary opportunities and experiences.

Registering for Culinary Institute Classes
To register, call 217.786.2292 or register online using WebAdvisor. Refunds are given to all cancellations seven calendar days prior to the class. After that time, no refunds are available as class supplies are purchased. If LLCC cancels a class, participants will receive a full refund in the manner of initial payment received.

We’ll follow the seasons to connect you with the food, methods and land of central Illinois. We’ll offer practical information and give you the tools needed to be successful in the kitchen, to be healthy, and to find new reasons to love your food.
Gift certificates are available for any of our offerings; however, Culinary Institute offerings have become popular to give as gifts. This requires a special registration procedure – please call the Community Education office at 217.786.2432 if you are interested in this option.
