These dinners are multicourse dining experiences, not hands-on classes. The chef offers remarks on the menu selection for each course. One glass of wine will be served with each course, coffee served with dessert. Participants must be 21 to register.
Wild Game, Bluegrass & Brews
LLCC culinary arts graduate and instructor Kim Carter will be preparing a fabulous fall feast featuring quail, venison, catfish, elk, frog legs, wild ramps and morel mushrooms. Local beer will be paired and live bluegrass music rounds out the evening.
