Get out of the office and into the kitchen!
Team building in the LLCC culinary labs
Boost morale, build camaraderie, connect teamwork to success, foster team communication and cultivate problem solving with a Team Building experience. We provide the chef, all the food, and even clean up.
Studies have shown that Culinary Team Building events are far more effective and produce longer lasting results than traditional team activities. Throughout the three to three and one half hour session, participants will discover that the only way to achieve their objectives is to work as a cohesive team, utilizing effective communication, planning and leadership.
Team Building takes place in our award winning, state-of-the-art Food or Baking lab. You have the choice of working with one of our skilled chefs, an area chef or wine expert. People that cook together can become closer in a way that endures beyond the team building experience itself. The goals are teamwork, creativity and trusting others. After the cooking, the chef can lead a discussion about the lessons learned while all enjoy what was prepared.
