Overcoming Stress & Anxiety with Yoga
More than just a yoga practice, students will learn to identify the physical and emotional signs of anxiety and find what their bodies need in a yoga posture. Students will feel empowered after completing a guided meditation practice and gentle yoga flow. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.

Introduction to Fly Fishing
