In compliance with the Department of Education Program Integrity Regulations, Lincoln Land Community College must provide out-of-state distance education students information for addressing student complaints. Lincoln Land Community College’s institutional accreditor is the Higher Learning Commission. The Illinois Board of Higher Education is the authorizing agency for Illinois, but by state agreement, the Illinois Community College Board addresses community college issues.
