150% APPEAL (click to download a 150% appeal form)
There is a maximum amount of time for which a student may receive financial aid. Federal regulations allow a student to receive aid up to 150% of the length of his/her academic program. For example, if you academic program is 62 credit hours in length, you may receive aid for 150% of 62 credit hours, or 93 hours. When a student reaches or exceeds this limit, he/she is not eligible for financial aid.
Students who have received an associate, bachelor, or master's degree will automatically be placed on the 150% limit and must appeal to receive additional financial aid.
