Bistro Verde will open this fall semester as Bistro To Go! The student operated café will sell ready-to-eat soups, salads, sandwiches and assorted baked goods for take-out only. Menu selections will vary each day based on what is being prepared by culinary and baking classes. The café will also offer coffee, tea, soda and bottled water. Bistro To Go will be open on Mondays from 4 – 6 p.m. and Wednesdays from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Opening day is Monday, Sept. 15 and will continue through Monday Nov.24. Due to the nature of the class and student curriculum, we will not be able to accommodate call-ahead orders or seating in the Bistro, and there is a limit of 4 “orders” per person.
During Spring semester, the café will operate as a sit-down restaurant, with the first half of the semester offering more casual fare and the second half of the semester being fine dining. Days and hours of operation will be announced mid December.
