Bistro To Go is open this semester! The student operated café will sell ready-to-eat soups, salads, sandwiches and assorted baked goods for take-out only. Menu selections will vary each day. Stop in and place your order!
Hours are: Mondays 4–6 p.m. and Wednesdays 11 a.m.–1 p.m.

Please note, Due to the nature of the class and student curriculum, we will not be able to accommodate call-ahead orders or seating in the Bistro, and there is a limit of 4 “orders” per person.
During Spring semester, the café will operate as a sit-down restaurant, with the first half of the semester offering more casual fare and the second half of the semester being fine dining. Days and hours of operation will be announced mid December.
