Bistro Verde, located in the culinary area of the Workforce Careers Center, is a practical dining lab that replicates a restaurant. It is complete with a host station, banquette seating and an open window area where guests may watch students work in the line kitchen. Bistro Verde affords students real-world restaurant experience.
