PART TIME FOOD PRODUCTION & PASTRY INSTRUCTORS
The Culinary Arts Program at Lincoln Land Community College is looking for qualified, part-time instructors to teach Food Production & Pastry at the college’s main campus. The Pastry Class is offered one evening a week and Food Production is offered one evening or Saturday mornings. In addition there are short-term, specialized classes offered. Prior teaching experience or ACF accreditation is helpful but not required. Applications will be accepted for either discipline or both. Experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery is required. ADJUNCT ENGLISH/COMPOSITION INSTRUCTORS
Lincoln Land Community College is looking for qualified, part-time instructors to teach English/Composition at the college’s main campus both day and evening courses. Preference will be give to those candidates who can teach daytime classes. Candidates must have a Masters degree with 18 hours concentration in English/Composition. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must have a Masters degree in Art, with at least 18 hours in the discipline. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required. Opportunities for adjuncts exist on the main campus and at the college’s regional education centers.
