Workforce Development Instructors

Lincoln Land Community College’s Workforce Development Department is seeking contractual instructors to teach in the new Workforce Careers Center labs and classrooms. Instructors are needed for the following courses:

Basic Electricity * Motor Controls * Power Distribution * Electrical Wiring * Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) * Process Operations (Analytical, Temperature, and Level/Flow Process Control) * Fluid Power (Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Electro-fluid) * Mechanical Systems * Welding (MIG, TIG &SMAW) * Certified Welding Inspector

All instructors are hired on a contractual basis. Generally, individuals with a Master’s degree are sought; however, individuals with extensive work experience in a particular subject area or completion of an apprenticeship program, (Journeymen) are highly encouraged to apply. Experience teaching or training in an adult setting is not required but is preferred.
