- Do you need help activating your account or resetting your password? If yes, select Option #1
- If you are a student needing assistance, please select Option #2
- If you are an employee needing assistance, please select Option #3
- Give us your name and a phone number that we can reach you at during the day-time
- Leave a detailed message describing the problem
