Purchasing Technology

The mission of ITS for purchasing technology (hardware and software) is to deliver value by providing accurate, cost effective, and up to date technological purchasing information. We assist faculty and staff by working with them to understand their technological needs. Once we understand the needs, we work with vendors to gather pricing information, delivery times, discounts, and other information as requested. We strive to provide faculty and staff with all the information they need to make qualified purchasing decisions.

Dell and Apple are the standard computers used in Lincoln Land Community College computer labs, classrooms and departments.  Dell and Apple offer educational discounts on personal computer purchases for employees and students of the college.  If you plan to shop at an Apple retail store, please remember to show your LLCC ID card to the sales representative at the time of purchase.
