IMPORTANT ANNOUCEMENT REGARDING YOUR FY08 FLEX MONEY BALANCE!!

 

In 2007, LLCC added a 75 day extension to the end of the flexible spending account plan year. This allows you an additional 75 days to exhaust your flexible spending balance from the previous plan year. The Human Resources Office received word this morning from CoreFlex that if you use the Benny Card for expenses incurred on or after July 1, these expenses will be taken from your FY09 allocation. The Benny Card cannot distinguish between FY08 and FY09 monies during this 75 day grace period. If you have a balance from FY08 that you would like to use, you will need to submit a reimbursement request manually. Reimbursement forms are available in the Human Resources office or you can locate this form on the HR Portal Site.

 

An announcement was put out yesterday stating that your Benny Card has been loaded and can now be used. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please remember to check your flexible spending account balance (https://www.coresource.com/Members/Participants/Default.aspx) and if you have FY08 money available, do not use the Benny Card to exhaust this money.
