Our 5th annual show was held this past Friday and Saturday. Friday evening was rainy; however, numerous vehicles showed up for the park-n-peek after the rains stopped. Saturday's weather started out rather bleak also, but the skies cleared and we were able to have another successful car show. Approximately 150 vehicles were entered in the show, and the rain held off until the end of the awards program.

This event wouldn’t be successful without the dedication of LLCC staff volunteers and the car show committee:  Lee Bursi, Diane Buzick, Joanie Caselton, Ron Gregoire, Misty Hagstrom, Lindee Hall, Maureen Harrop, JP Henry, Christie Hovey, Judy Nichols, Brenda Protz, Teresa-Dickey Rogers, Susan Srbljan, Janet Semanik and Lynn Whalen.  Thank you for everything!

LLCC student and Circle K Club member, Jemilla Sadick-Raji , worked the LLCC booth area and did an exceptional job. Thank you, Jemilla, for committing your day to the MotorSports Club.  Current and former students: Brian & Brad Earley, Paul Sabo, Steve Kunkler, Alex Chastain, Cliff Rundall, Clay Obergoenner, Jason Heineman, Adam Beatty, Josh Bales, Mike Masters, Joe Serena and Jay Murphy, thank you for your continued support and interest in our program.

Special thanks to:  Facilities Services and its staff for setting up and maintaining the lots, Mark Kother and his staff for the electrical hookups, LLCC Police Department for traffic control and watching the vendors' displays overnight, Public Relations and Marketing for assistance with posters, brochures and media contacts, and the Foundation Office staff for all their assistance with pre-registration and sponsorship letters.
