Orientation helps new students plan to succeed.
New Student Orientation is required for first-time degree or certificate-seeking students to support their successful transition to college.
The mission of New Student Orientation is to provide new students with personal, educational and social support as they transition and navigate the College’s expectations, resources and environment.
We have designed orientation for you to get to know other students, LLCC staff and details about the college. Orientation includes information you need to make informed choices, the awareness you need to spark your involvement in the campus community and the academic support you need to succeed in your classes. Each orientation includes an welcome session, a resources and involvement tour, and a planning and technology workshop.
