Student Calendar Handbooks
These handbooks are funded through the Student Activity Fee and are provided to LLCC students while supplies last. This is a very helpful tool in assisting students to stay organized during the year.

Vending Machine Refunds
The Student Life Office processes refunds for campus vending machines during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).  Outside of regular business hours, refunds are available in the Police, Security, and Safety Office (first floor of Menard Hall).

Locker Rentals
Lockers are available for rent through the Student Life Office.  Lockers are located on the lower level and first floor of Menard Hall as well as on the first floor of Sangamon Hall.  Locker rental fees are $10.00 for the fall or spring semesters and $5.00 for the summer term.  Lockers include locks and students may renew their lockers each semester.

Student Wireless Access Program (SWAP) 
LLCC provides wireless Internet access in several areas of campus. SWAP allows students to borrow a laptop for up to two hours from the Student Life Office to use in Menard and Sangamon Halls.   

Student Health Insurance Brochures
Health insurance is available to LLCC students through 1st Agency Insurance Company. The insurance coverage period runs from August to August and the premiums are charged annually when students apply for coverage. Rates for insurance coverage depend on which policy coverage option an individual chooses and how many individuals are covered under that student's name. Information may be obtained at the link located in the top right hand corner of this page. 

Bulletin Boards
Individuals or groups may post fliers and posters on campus bulletin boards.  In order to have something posted, bring or send copies of the item to be posted to the Student Life Office.  Once the item has been approved, it will be stamped and posted on the bulletin boards.  Undated items will remain on bulletin boards for two weeks.  Dated items will remain on bulletin boards until the event date has passed. 

Student Discount Program
The Student Life Office and the Student Government Association sponsor the Student Savings Club program in order to provide students, faculty, and staff with discounts at local retailers.  Students, faculty, and staff may present their LLCC ID at a number of local businesses to receive discounts on purchases.  A list of participating retailers is available and may be printed off at the link located in the top right hand corner of this page.
