Student Activity Fees

Each Lincoln Land Community College student pays an Activity Fee of $2.00 per credit hour to support various student activities, programs, services, organizations, and clubs.

The Student Activity Fee Allocation Committee (SAFAC) is responsible for overseeing the distribution of Student Activity Fee funds to eligible student clubs. SAFAC is chaired by the Treasurer of the Student Government Association (SGA). In addition to the SGA Treasurer, there are four members of the committee. These members are appointed by the SGA and include two SGA members and two students that are not affiliated with SGA. The committee is advised by the Director of Student Life.

Important Dates

Club Training Sessions
All student clubs and organizations must send at least one student representative (preferably the club President and Treasurer) to one of the club training sessions listed below. Advisors are welcome to attend with the student representative(s).

Tuesday, September 15 - 10 a.m.-11 a.m. - Stephens Room
Wednesday, September 23 - 2 p.m.-3 p.m. - M1177
Wednesday, September 29 - 3 p.m.-4 p.m. - Stephens Room
Friday, October 2 - 1 p.m.-2 p.m. - Stephens Room

Club Leadership Series
Student clubs and organizations interested in receiving Student Activity Fee funds in the next academic year must send a student representative to 75% (3 of 4) of the Club Leadership Series events. Advisors are welcome to attend with the students.
