Club Training Sessions
All student clubs and organizations must send at least one student representative (preferably the club President and Treasurer) to one of the club training sessions listed below. Advisors are welcome to attend with the student representative(s).

Club Leadership Series
Student clubs and organizations interested in receiving Student Activity Fee funds in the next academic year must send a student representative to 75% (3 of 4) of the Club Leadership Series events. Advisors are welcome to attend with the students.
Leadership Series: Personality Styles and Leadership presented by David Laubersheimer
Friday, October 14 - 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. (lunch provided) - Stephens Room
This session will include completion of the Myers Briggs personality type assessment and interactive discussion on how personalities shape leadership styles and group dynamics. Students must be present for the entire time slot to fully participate, students that have previously completed the assessment can bring their results with them and participate. To attend this session, sign up in the Student Life Office by Friday, October 7.
Student Leadership Conference

Hosted by John A. Logan College in Carterville, IL. Visit the Student Life Office for details on how to be part of the LLCC delegation to the conference, students that are acepted as LLCC delegates will have all conference travel and expenses paid by the Student Life Office. If you are interested in being a part of the LLCC delegation, contact the Student Life Office by Friday, September 30.
Leadership Series: Making Decisions, are they mine, yours, or ours? Presented by Linda Dillon

As a leader, decisions are potentially an every "minute" matter. Yet, what do we base them on or give consideration to? Are our personal values truly part of the process? This training session examines the impact of personal values on decision making. To attend this session, sign up in the Student Life Office by Friday, November 11.
