Bistro To Go Fall 2020

Chef Inspired — Student-Led Café

Ask to sub gluten-free bread for sandwiches!

Prepared and served by LLCC Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, and Hospitality students. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

Soups

All soups served with a side of bread and butter.

Smoked Chicken Tortilla Soup – tomatoes, hominy, chipotles, smoked chicken, feta, tortillas

Hearty Hunters Stew – beef, pork, lamb, chicken, pheasant, potatoes, mushroom, rich beef stock

Ginger Roasted Tomato Bisque – vegan, roasted tomatoes, leeks, garlic, jalapenos, curry, toasted sesame, coconut milk

4 oz. bowl – $4
8 oz. bowl – $6

Salads

All salads served with a side of bread and butter.

Caesar Salad – heart of romaine, croutons, house made Caesar – $7
Add panko crusted chicken – $2
Add grilled and chilled shrimp – $4

Chicken Chop Salad – smoked chicken, roma tomato, bacon, red onion, egg, avocado, bleu cheese, romaine, chipotle parmesan ranch – $10
Add grilled and chilled shrimp – $4

Roasted Pear Salad – vegetarian, roasted bosc pears, goat cheese, radishes, arugula, toasted pecans – $10

Mojo Pork Sliders – smoked mojo pulled pork, sweet & tangy slaw, brioche slider bun – $11

Grilled & Chilled Shrimp Tacos – mojo shrimp, cilantro crema, jalapeno relish, cotija cheese, avocado – $12

Lamb Gyro – grilled pita, braised lamb, diced tomato, red onion, arugula, feta, tzatziki – $13

Short Rib Melt – cheddar, pepper jack, red pepper pesto, giardinera, ragu, braised short rib, on rustic bread – $13

Tofu Bahn Mi – seared tofu, roasted mushrooms, kimchi, cilantro, baguette – $10
