Thursday, Sept. 12 & Friday, Sept. 13, 2019 (schools with a traditional Agricultural Education Program)
To give each student the best experience during our Ag Expo, we are now offering multiple events. The first Ag Expo will be held on Friday, September 6 and is geared toward schools without a traditional Agricultural Education Program. The other session dates are Thursday, September 12 and Friday, September 13 and are geared for schools with a traditional Agricultural Education Program.
Come learn about the student opportunities and academic majors available in agriculture at Lincoln Land Community College. This event is designed for high school students, parents and advisors to meet with current faculty and students. Faculty and staff will be available during the event to answer questions. Each student will receive a T-shirt, and lunch will be provided.
Breakout sessions will cover topics such as: animal science, precision agriculture, ag business, sales and marketing, crop and soil science, culinary arts, welding, automotive technology and electrical lineman.
LLCC Foundation will provide $75 to each school district that attends to help defray costs for transportation and substitute teachers.
