Onsite Summer Youth Culinary Classes

For students who have completed grades 4-8

2022 in-person summer youth culinary 

Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-noon
Workforce Careers Center on LLCC's Springfield campus
Cost: $195 per culinary camp (students attend same camp for four days)

Bake up dessert for the whole family. This class focuses on desserts made in a 9x13 or sheet pan. They are great to make and share at your next party. 

Explore the culture and cuisine of Mexico by preparing traditional and Mexican inspired flavorful dishes. 

From cheesecake to truffles, using fruit and chocolate and everything in between you can whip up a variety of sweet treats.
