Additional Support & Resources

To continue your success so you can complete your goals, you will have additional support to help get ready for the semester. If you have not already registered for the spring 2020 semester, you will need to complete the following steps in order. Please pay particular attention to the deadlines listed below.

  1. Meet with your student success coach no later than Friday, Jan. 10, 2020, to complete a goal setting exercise and discuss spring class options. Call 217-786-2224 to schedule an appointment or learn about walk-in hours
  2. Enroll in spring classes.
  3. Set up payment arrangements (pay in full, financial aid in place, or set up the payment plan) the same day you enroll in spring classes.
  4. Purchase textbooks.
  5. Attend class.

There are many benefits to enrolling early and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. LLCC is open the week of Dec. 16  and closes for winter recess on Friday, Dec. 20 at 5 p.m. We reopen on Monday, Jan.6, 2020. at 8 a.m.

Free Smart Start Seminars Spring 2020

The LLCC Center for Academic Success’s (CAS) free Smart Start Seminars will provide you with successful study tools to help you get a smart start to your new semester!

Tuesday, Jan. 21, 12:30-1:30 p.m., 2-2:50 p.m. and 5-5:50 p.m.
Wednesday, Jan. 22, 1-1:50 p.m., 3-3:50 p.m. and 5-5:50 p.m.
Thursday, Jan. 23, 9:30-10:20 a.m., 11-11:50 a.m. and 3:30-4:20 p.m.
