What if I am experiencing computer issues/needs?
If you are experiencing issues with Canvas:
- Submit a Canvas support ticket, through email at email@example.com, and you will receive a response in no less than one business day.
- You may also call LLCC Canvas support services at 217-786-2345 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
- You may also call the college’s IT Help Desk at 217- 786-2555 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
If you are experiencing issues with logging into your student account or accessing your student email, contact the LLCC Help Desk at https://its.llcc.edu.
If you are having non-technical issues such as limited/no computer access, no/limited internet/Wi-Fi at home, etc. contact your student success coach.
I have questions/need assistance. Who can I contact?

How do I get in touch with my instructor?
You can most easily contact your instructor via email, using your LLCC student email account. The college employee directory can be found at http://directory.llcc.edu.
What do I do if a class is canceled?
If you are in a class that is canceled, you will receive notification regarding the cancellation, and you will receive a tuition/fee refund for that course. You should contact your student success coach to determine how that course cancellation impacts your degree/program completion plan.
How do I change a major, drop a class, etc.?
Students can contact LLCC Registration through email at Registration@llcc.edu. Please use your LLCC email address and include your full name and your student ID number in your email. Registration is also available for phone calls Mondays-Fridays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at 217-786-2292. If you leave a voicemail, please leave your full name, student ID number and your call back number. If you do not know your student ID, use your date of birth. If you would like to come to campus or other LLCC facility, please make an appointment.
What can be done with textbooks after the semester is over?
There are options for those who rented books and for those who are interested in book buyback! Visit www.llcc.edu/bookstore to learn more.
What should I do about future semesters?
Registration for spring classes opens Oct. 21! Explore available classes and view scheduling information in LoggerCentral. LLCC is offering four class formats: face-to-face, online, hybrid and flex. These formats are designed to provide students with safety and flexibility in choosing their preferred learning environments.
We encourage you to explore our list of classes on LoggerCentral. Contact your student success coach to discuss your academic plan and other information about courses needed to complete your program of study.
