First time LLCC students interested in a course or courses only

Begin your college experience by applying online.

Submit your final high school or home school transcripts to our Admissions Office.

If you are planning to take a Math or English course, review our placement testing guidelines and information to determine if this test is appropriate for you.

Register for classes in person or by phone.

While not required for students interested in "courses only," meeting with a student success coach to review academic plans is always recommended. If meeting with a coach before the end of your senior year, bring your current (not final) transcript.

Non-degree seeking students are encouraged, but not required to attend New Student Orientation. You can sign up by calling 217-786-2292. For details, view our orientation information.

Home Schooled Students: For some programs and some Financial Aid packages, signed verification from the Illinois Board of Education stating that the student has met the requirements for home school completion or, verification of passing the G.E.D. is required when a high school diploma is not available.
