Program Information:

This certificate will provide the skills and knowledge required for an entry level IT Help Desk position.  Topics include an introduction to IT topics, troubleshooting, customer service, networking fundamentals, operating systems, system administration, and security.

This certificate must be taken in its entirety to meet certificate requirements.
