Program Information:

The Accounting Specialist degree prepares graduates for employment as bookkeepers, accounting assistants, accounts receivable clerks, payroll clerks, business office managers and bank tellers.  In addition to mastering the fundamentals of business, students learn to prepare and analyze financial statements, accounting reports and business reports.  Students also develop their technological skills using both computerized accounting software and spreadsheet programs. 

  • This applied science program of study must be taken in its entirety to meet degree requirements.
