The LLCC Student Government Association is the official governing council for the student body and provides recognition for all student clubs and organizations on campus. The SGA is comprised of representatives, five officers and one student trustee. Members attend various leadership conferences and retreats each year and serve on numerous institutional committees. The SGA coordinates various awareness events and sponsors the Logger of the Month program.
SGA 2021 Elections
The Student Government Association is holding elections for the 2021-2022 academic year. Completed SGA election packets are due April 7th. Email email@example.com if you are having issues accessing the link or if you have any additional questions.
SGA is a great opportunity for students to build their resume and leadership skills. The Student Trustee and President roles do include scholarships!

- April 8th – April 13th – Campaign
- April 14th – 16th- Elections (electronic via LLCC email)
- Wednesday, April 28th – Newly elected SGA Officers and Representatives sworn in at SGA meeting at 3 p.m. via Zoom
- Wednesday, April 28th – Newly elected SGA Officers and Representatives will be introduced at Board of Trustees meeting at 5 p.m. location TBA. The seating of the new Student Trustee will also occur at this meeting.
Interested in Joining Elections?
Any eligible student interested in serving on the SGA is encouraged to pick up an application in the LLCC Student Life office.
Eligible students are defined as those enrolled in at least six credit hours with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 for a representative position and 3.0 for an executive position (new students that have not yet established a GPA are eligible).
