Who can drop off my student?

• Anyone that you trust may sign your child in to camp/class.

Who can pick up my student?

• We will only release your student to those you have authorized on the registration form.

Someone not on my authorized list needs to pick up my child. How do I notify you?

• Please send your student dressed appropriately with a water bottle and small snack.
• Culinary students should wear long pants and closed toe shoes and tie back long hair.
• Workforce Career Explorers should wear long pants and closed toe shoes.
• Gardening and Bee camps will spend time outdoors; dress appropriately.

What should my student not bring to camp/class each day?

• Please do not send your student with medication, valuables or lunch.

What should I do if my student takes medication?

• All medication should be brought in a labeled and sealed container. A signed permission slip is required before medication can be administered by camp staff.

What should I do if my student has allergies — food or other?

• Please indicate if your student has any allergies on the registration form. Instructors will be notified of the allergy.

Where is the lost and found located?

• The lost and found is located in the Trutter Center at check in/out.

Registration/Refunds/Cancellations

What is the registration process?

1. Complete the registration form provided on our webpage. Note: your registration is not complete until payment has been collected.
2. Staff will call to collect payment within three business days of receiving your form.
3. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration within 10 days of payment.

Is there an extended day/lunch option?

• We do not currently provide an extended day or lunch option. Students registered for morning and afternoon camps must have an authorized adult pick them up or supervise them between camps.

What is the refund policy?

• Cancellations seven calendar day prior to the camp start date are eligible for refund. Submit cancellations to Community.Education@llcc.edu, or call 217-786-2432.

• LLCC reserves the right to cancel, combine or divide offerings and/or change the instructor, time, date or place of offerings as necessary and to do so without incurring obligation.
