  • Registration opens: Oct. 15, 2025
  • Winter recess (no classes): Dec. 19-Jan. 9
  • College offices closed: Dec. 20-Jan. 4
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day (college closed): Jan. 19
  • LLCC scholarship application due: Feb. 15
  • Spring graduation application priority deadline (to be considered for department honors and other awards): March 6
  • Mid-semester break (college closed): March 7-15
  • Professional Development Day (no classes): March 24
  • Commencement: May 15

  • Tuition due: Dec. 3
  • First day to purchase books without Financial Aid (online/in person): Dec. 10
  • First day to charge books to Financial Aid (online): Dec. 31
  • First day to charge books to Financial Aid (in person): Jan. 5
  • Last day to add classes: Jan. 14
  • Last drop date for tuition refund: Jan. 16
  • Last day to withdraw (W grade): May 1
  • Final exams: May 9-14

Module 3 (first 8 weeks) | Jan. 10-March 6

  • Tuition due: Dec. 3
  • First day to purchase books without Financial Aid (online/in person): Dec. 10
  • First day to charge books to Financial Aid (online): Dec. 31
  • First day to charge books to Financial Aid (in person): Jan. 5
  • Last day to add classes: Jan. 14
  • Last drop date for tuition refund: Jan. 16
  • Last day to withdraw (W grade): Feb. 20
  • Final exams (last two hours the class meets): March 2-6

Short semester (12 weeks) | Feb. 7-May 14
