Getting Started With Accessibility Services at LLCC

Submit the LLCC admission form.

FAFSA

Complete the FAFSA application. LLCC code is 007170.

Illinois State Department of Human Services (IDHS): Vocational Rehabilitation

IDHS a State of Illinois agency that provides transition services for individuals with disabilities. It is important to know program participation requirements and communicate with your assigned case manager, if applicable. 

Please note: IDHS requires documents that are available as part of the LLCC enrollment process

Activate LLCC Accounts

Activate your LLCC account 

Activation of your account is required before you can access any electronic resources at LLCC (i.e. email, Canvas, Logger Central, etc.)

Accessibility Services

Schedule an intake appointment with LLCC Accessibility Services by calling 217-786-2375 or emailing aso@llcc.edu.

You may also submit your documentation and complete an intake form by logging in using LLCC credentials (username and password) on the accessibility services online portal

Be prepared to provide IEP, 504 plan information, or documentation regarding your disability.

High School Transcript (Now and Later)

Course placement decisions will be made based on the following:

  • Unweighted high school GPA

  • Placement testing (if necessary)

Note: Please be prepared to submit your unofficial high school transcript BEFORE graduation and official high school transcript AFTER graduation.
 

Student Success Coach

Call 217-786-2224, or submit online request to schedule an in-person, Teams or phone appointment with a student success coach.

Your student success coach will be assigned based upon your major. They will review your high school transcript, degree requirements and discuss placement test as applicable.

Logger Central

Logger Central is your portal to financial, course catalog and student planning tools. A link to it is included on the website under Info for Current Students > Quick Links.

  • Your student success coach will utilize this portal to build and plan your LLCC courses and sequence.

  • Your student success coach is available through this portal to review your planning options and provide feedback.

  • The LLCC Student Life office is the best place to get connected with our campus community.
