Online application process
Students who would like to receive accommodations are required to complete an online application at the beginning of every semester.
New student application
New students to LLCC Accessibility Services may complete this initial application and supply relevant documentation regarding a disability. You will need to have established your LLCC user name and password before entering the application portal. Accessibility Services will schedule an appointment to review your information and engage in the interactive process for determining accommodations.
Returning student application
Returning students to LLCC Accessibility Services must complete the Continuing Services Form each semester to request accommodations. You may schedule an appointment at any time to review your current accommodations or request additional considerations.
