Appetizers

Sweet Potato Curry Puff

Cucumber and red onion sauce, sweet chili sauce (V) (VG) – 6.

Crab and Shrimp Ravioli

Mango cream, warm saffron tomato relish – 10.

Dutch Baby and Fried Chicken

Spicy maple syrup & herbed cream sauce – 8.

Tteok-Bokki

Rice cakes, spicy sauce, shaved beef, scallions, & sesame seeds (GF) – 8.


Soups & Salads

8 oz. bowl – 7, 4 oz. cup – 4.

Pot au Feu 

Beef consommé, pearl onions, carrots, cabbage, potatoes, & beef served with sour cream and grainy mustard (GF).

Oyster Cream Soup

Creamy oyster soup, fried oyster, creme fraiche, chives (GF).

Fresh Spinach Salad

Spinach, bacon, artichoke hearts, cherry tomato, brown sugar vinaigrette, ham & cheese croquettes (VG) – 9.


Sandwiches

Regional Burger/Horseshoe

Grilled Cheese

Roasted garlic, ricotta, fresh mozzarella, arugula, herbed mayo sourdough bread (V) – 9.

Taiwanese Fried Cod Sandwich

Basil, five spice, & XO mayo on brioche bun  – 10.


Entrees

Cioppino Gnocchi

Ricotta gnocchi, clams, mussels, shrimp, salmon, bay scallops, tomato & seafood broth, crostini – 14.

"Beef Wellington"

Beef filet, mushrooms & prosciutto, sauteed spinach, white truffle mash, puff pastry, red wine sauce – 16.

Chicken Fricassee

Pearl onions, carrots, roasted potatoes, white wine cream sauce – 12.


Dessert

Our a la carte dessert menu changes daily as sweets are prepared as part of the baking certificate coursework. Your server will tell you about today's tasty treats.
