(closed March 28 for Professional Development Day)

Prepared and served by LLCC Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, and Hospitality students.

Appetizers

Asparagus Fritta

Tomato aioli, parmesan cheese (V) – 7.

Shrimp & Crab Toasts

Mango chili sauce, cucumber, red onion, peppadew – 8.

Artichoke Dip

Grilled pita (V) – 7.

Vietnamese Chicken Wings

Honey, lemongrass, cilantro & crushed peanuts (GF) – 9.


Soups & Salads

8 oz. bowl – 7, 5 oz. cup – 4.

Beef Borsch

Beef soup, beets, cabbage, potato, sour cream, fresh dill (GF)

Broccoli Soup

Fresh mozzarella, pesto drizzle (V)

Spring Spinach Salad

Wild mushrooms, walnuts, dried cherries, shaved red onion, peas, in a cherry vinaigrette with crostini (V) – 10.


Sandwiches

All sandwiches are served with house cut fries.

*Porchetta

Sliced pork roast, sun dried tomato mayo, shaved fennel slaw, brioche bun – 10.

*Bistro Burger

Two 4-oz. house ground patties featuring accoutrements representative of regional burger favorites (V – Beyond Burger available to sub) – 10.

Horseshoe

Turn your regional burger into a horseshoe for $2 more.

Eggplant Parmesan Grilled Cheese

Fried eggplant, marinara, fresh mozzarella, parmesan mayo, fresh tomato, sourdough bread (V) – 9.


Entrees

Seafood Ravioli

Shrimp & ricotta ravioli, sautéed shrimp, lobster beurre blanc, fresh herbs, salmon roe – 12.

Steak Frites

Petite NY Strip grilled medium rare, house cut fries, herb butter – 12.

Chicken Piccata

Chicken breast with roasted potatoes, wilted baby arugula, caper sauce & shaved lemons (GF) – 10.

Our a la carte dessert menu changes daily as sweets are prepared as part of the baking certificate coursework. Your server will tell you about today's tasty treats.
