In LLCC Agri-Business you can learn business principles that apply to real-world issues and opportunities in the agriculture industry. You will gain in-depth knowledge of the ag industry in soils, crops and animals, while also learning business skills such as computing, accounting, sales and economics. With an agri-business management associate in applied science degree, you are prepared to work for businesses that provide needed services to farmers and will be well-positioned to work your way up into management positions. Ag students at LLCC receive quality hands-on training in excellent facilities with dedicated instructors.

Degrees & Certs

LLCC offers the following associate degree program in agribusiness to prepare students for transfer to a four-year college or university. A partnership agreement established with Quincy University allows students completing the agribusiness associate in applied science degree at LLCC to transfer as a junior into the program at Quincy University.

Cost

For the 2023-2024 academic year (fall 2023, spring 2024 and summer 2024), agribusiness management (ABM), agriculture (AGR) and agri-fertilizer operations (AFO) classes have a tuition rate of $171.25 per credit hour for in-district residents. All other classes in the program have a standard in-district rate of $137 per credit hour. Get more information on tuition and fees.
