  • Labor Day (college closed): Sept. 1
  • Institutional Improvement Day (no classes): Oct. 3
  • Professional Development Day (no classes): Nov. 4
  • Thanksgiving recess (college closed): Nov. 26-30
  • Fall graduation applications due: Dec. 1
  • Winter recess (no classes): Dec. 19-Jan. 9
  • College offices closed: Dec. 20-Jan. 4

  • First day to purchase books without Financial Aid (online/in person): July 22
  • Tuition due: July 23
  • First day to charge books to Financial Aid (online): Aug. 5
  • First day to charge books to Financial Aid (in person): Aug. 6
  • Last day to add classes: Aug. 27
  • Last drop date for tuition refund: Aug. 29
  • Last day to withdraw (W grade): Dec. 5
  • Final exams: Dec. 13-18

Module 1 (first 8 weeks) | Aug. 23–Oct. 17

  • First day to purchase books without Financial Aid (online/in person): July 22
  • Tuition due: July 23
  • First day to charge books to Financial Aid (online): Aug. 5
  • First day to charge books to Financial Aid (in person): Aug. 6
  • Last day to add classes: Aug. 27
  • Last drop date for tuition refund: Aug. 29
  • Last day to withdraw (W grade): Oct. 3
  • Final exams (last two hours the class meets): Oct. 13-17
